Overview of Placement Jobs
Going over placement/long term job set ups
Placement jobsโalso referred to as recurring or long-term jobsโcan be easily set up and managed through your dashboard in Enginehire. These types of roles are great for positions like part-time or full-time nannies, personal assistants, or other ongoing care opportunities.
There are two ways to post a placement job:
Option 1: Agency Posts the Job for the Client
You can create and post placement jobs on behalf of your clients.
Follow this guide to learn how:
๐ How to Post a Job
Option 2: Allow Clients to Post Their Own Placement Jobs
You can enable a setting that allows clients to create and submit their own placement jobs. If you prefer to review jobs before they're live, you can set them to appear in "draft" mode until approved.
Learn how to turn on this feature here:

What Happens After a Job is Posted?
Once a placement job is live, hereโs how you can manage it effectively:
1. Broadcast the Job
You can share the job with selected candidates based on filters and preferences.
2. Candidates Express Interest
Candidates can mark themselves as interested. You can either:
-
Ask them to leave a message, or
-
Customize application questions for them to fill out.

3. Review Applicants
View all candidates who have applied and assess their fit for the position.
4. Share Candidates with Clients
You can share candidate profiles individually or in bulk:
5. Client Reviews Candidates
Clients receive an email link to view candidates or can log into their profile to see them directly.
6. Client Expresses Interest & Schedules Interviews
Clients can:
-
Mark if they are interested or not
-
Share their availability
-
Or use automated scheduling to select interview times that are then sent to the candidate for confirmation

7. Client Extends Offer
When ready to move forward, the client can click "Extend Offer" and fill out an offer form. This offer appears as a note visible only to the admin.
8. Set Up a Document for Signing
Your agency can create a custom document template that both the candidate and client will sign.
Learn how to set that up here:
