How to set up a document that is signed by both the client and the candidate
Step 1:
Go to MORE on your menu tab
Step 2:
Go to DOCUMENT TEMPLATES
Step 3:
Select ADD TEMPLATE
Step 4:
Give the document a name, select "This document is signed by both a client and candidate". Put in the agreement. You can use the tags or select insert profile fields to auto populate information from profiles.
NOTE: Candidate information- will not auto populate. Once you add document to client profile, you will need to click edit, then add the candidate information, then have the client sign.
Step 5:
Adding signatures. Click Add Signer and add the client and then click add signer and add a spot for the candidate to sign.
NOTE: Must add client sign area first.
Step 6:
In advance settings you can adjust which admin will auto sign it, status change after sign, and other trigger settings.
Step 7: Once done, click Create
Now that the agreement has been create, you will need to add it to the client profile. Once the client signs, you will then be able to send it to the candidate. When a client signs, there will be a button admin click that says send to candidate. You will select that and select which candidate you want to have sign it. Then it will be send to the candidate's profile to sign. Once both have signed, they will both have a copy in their dashboard of the signed agreement.
To add to client profile.
Step 1:
Go to the client's profile, stay on admin tab, and select documents, and select from the drop down the document you want to add
Step 2:
Once in the document section of the client profile, you can edit if needed.
Step 3:
Once the client signs, you will need to go to the client profile, select Send to Candidate on the document
Step 4:
Then the candidate will have it in their profile and they will sign.
Once completed, they will be able to view the signed copy in their profile.
