Create Automated Interview Scheduling Between A Client And A Candidate, Enable Client to Enter Suitable Dates and Times

Use the Schedule Interview Builder Form and Email Triggers to Allow Clients to Share Their Preferred Meeting Times and Have a Candidate Confirm The Time That Works Best for Them.

1. Internally Match a Candidate with a Client in the Client Match Tab.

By default this will trigger an email to the client letting the know a candidate has been selected for them. 

2.   Now the Candidate appears on the client's My Candidate section. 

3. If the Client select I'm Interested the Schedule Interview Builder Form will appear as created from Application and Profile Builders. 

Create this form in Application and Profile Builder to best fit your needs. 


What you see above is the default form. To add the option to include the date and time selector, you will need to go to the profile builder and a new form of the type "Schedule Interview Form":

In this form you'll want to add the preset field "Meeting Date Time Picker":

Once you have added this, when the client chooses the "I'm Interested" option, it will show them the option to enter dates and times that work for them:

 

4. This information will now appear to Admin in the Client's Match Tab. 

 

5. This will also trigger an email to Admin and the candidate letting them know the client has shared some times that best work for them to interview the candidate, something like this:

6. The candidate can click the link in the email, where they can choose one of the options, or choose that none of the options work for them. In any case, it will notify admins, so you can take it from there!
