There are default emails in the system for specific reasons e.g. reference check/document expiring and so in order to change these - you need to add them into your email templates to over-ride them!
Let's go through them together.
1. More - Templates - Email Templates
2. Click on 'add template'
3. See below the email templates that are default ones in the system, you will need to manually add these to over-ride them.
For all of these templates, name them something that makes them easily recognisable (normally the trigger is a good thing to also name the template)
Audience = Jobs
Trigger = Search the below triggers to set them up individually
4. Add verbiage to the subject and body of email
- you can add fields below by copying and pasting it into the body of the email. E.g. if you copy and paste [[date]] it will show the date of the booking to the client/candidate.
5. You can also enter information into the email template from the client/candidate profile by clicking on the 'add tag' or 'insert profile fields'
Add tag - related to the job
Insert profile field - related to the client/candidate profile
This is the list of default email triggers
Please note: some of these email templates might already be set up in your email template list. Please check by searching (control F) for the trigger name e.g. automatically broadcast new shift job. If they are already in your email template list, simply edit them. If they are not, you need to set up a new template to over-ride the default one.
1. Automatically Broadcast new Shift Job
Functionality: when you have your settings on automatic broadcast setting on, this is the email that goes out with all details such as time/day etc.

There is the ability to re-broadcast a shift job, if hasn't been filled. This template will have details such as the time/day of the shift job.
