Turn On, Off, and Adjust Shift Job Reminders for Clients and Candidates.

Change the duration of the email or sms reminder alerts of upcoming shift jobs for Clients and Candidate.

For Clients

1. From Mission Control select Settings. 

2. Select Global Settings. 

3. Select Jobs. 

4. Select Shift Jobs. 

5. Select Client Side. 

6. Select Notify a Client of a Shift Job Starting in X Hours. 

7. Select if this is for an Email or SMS or both.

For Candidates

1. From Mission Control select Candidates.

2. Select any Candidate. 

3. Select Profile. 

4. Select My Jobs.

5. Select the Gear Icon on the job details table. 

6. Scroll down and make the adjustments at Notify a candidate of a shift job starting in X hours.

7. Then adjust the method to notify as Email, SMS, or Both.
