What Are The Application And Profile Builder Types and How To Use Them For Clients, Candidates, and More.

Build the forms with the questions, areas, uploads and more that you need to create the seamlessness your agency needs to thrive.

Each section has it's own abilities with in other areas of the system. An Application can not be used the same as a Reference User type. Select the builder types that fit your needs. 

This article is not to be confused with all the builders, this is just about the types with in application and profile builder.

Section

Create specific areas with questions for clients or candidate to fill out.
Add this area to Profiles and Applications. 

Examples: Contact information. Person/Child/Office information. 

 

Application

Applications are the first point of contact for a client or candidate. Section can be added to an application. An application is a gate as an application can have all the information you need to gather or just enough information for you to proceed.

Profile

Similar to an application a profile 
Profiles are something that is logged into by a client or candidate. 

 

File Information

Create an area for a client or candidate to add more information, such an expiration dates to uploaded document. 

Example: add an area for expiration dates for documents for business licenses and certifications.

 

Reference Check

Once created, the reference check form is sent directly to a candidate's references, with a unique link, once a candidate add's their email. Create this form of questions for a candidate's references to fill out. This saves time in a reference checking process. It can but does not need to replace how you standardly complete screening checks, it is another tool to streamline the process. 

These have the ability to be automated to be sent out to a candidate's reference. 

 

Placement Job

Customize a job description post. Make this area share reflect the must have information your candidates need for apply for positions.

These have the ability to be shared with candidates in a variety of ways including in emails, posted to your job board, and have select information zapped with Zapier to other site including Facebook. 

 

Add User

Not all uses start at an application. Customize the initial intake form when signing up a client or candidate, before they begin completing an application. 

This form is for admins to complete and add the information needed to allow access for a client or candidate into the system.

 

Shift Job Report

Have candidate's complete a post shift job report and adjust that report to gather the information you need to have.  

 

Job Application Form

Build different applications for different services or sign up. Have clients and candidates fill out the initial needed information to start the approval process. 

It is recommended to use 1 application for candidates or client and then uses conditions to reveal  for those users to see the information that need to complete based on answers to questions. 

 

Schedule Interview Form

Scheduling an interview has it's own set of unique circumstance such as date, time, place. This form allows a client or candidate the ability to see the best and most relevant information needed to have a successful meeting. 

This form is for admins to complete. 

 

Review User

Allow clients to candidates to leave reviews. 

Add these sections to profiles or have them sent to candidates and clients through an email. 

 

Admin Information

Similar to an Add User form type, this is the form to fill in for adding a new Administrator into the system.
