Replace A Default Emails With Customized Emails Templates. Can't find an email to update? It Maybe A Default Email.

Some emails are set up by the Enginehire team to benefit your service at the get-go and found in Email Templates. Other emails and notifications are defaults and must be replaced by creating a new one.

Default emails are immediately replaced once a new template has been created without you needing to lift a finger. 


1. To replace a default email, from Mission Control select Templates. 

2. Select Email Templates

3. Select Add Template

4. Select the Trigger

There are numerous triggers for each type. Most default emails are for jobs. Find the trigger that corresponds with the email you are trying to create. 

5. Select Create

6. Now that this email has been created, unless deactivated, this will automatically replace the default email.
