Attach Multiple Documents In One Email.

Give all the information up front by attaching multiple documents to one email.

1. From Mission Control select Templates.

2. Select Email Templates.

3. Select the Pencil Icon on an email or Add Template to create a new email template.

4. Scroll to the bottom of your email template and select Add Attachment to add information that is not linked to the system like information materials or give away resources.)

5. Select Select Attached Document Templates for documents that are linked to the system like a contract. 

6. For documents like those described in number 5 be sure to add [[document_links]] into the body of the email. 

7. Select Save once the template is complete.

The max attachment size is 10MB. Emails with attachments large than this will NOT send!
