Shift job Status Reminders

Send a candidate or client an email if the status of a shift job has been in the status for X period of time

Step 1: 
On your dashboard menu, go to MORE

Step 2:
When it opens, select Email Templates

Step 3:
Give your template a name. 
TYPE: JOB
TRIGGER: Shift Job Status Reminder
EMAIL DESTINATION: Select candidate or client
STATUS: Select the status you want it to be linked to
IF JOB STATYS IN THIS STATUS FOR THIS MANY HOURS: Add the number of hours you want it to send after if has been in this status


Step 4:
Add Subject and Body

Step 5:
Save
