Sending email notification to families when a sitter is unassigned from a shift job

You can create an email template with a trigger "Shift Job Unassigned Client Notification" to automatically send an email notification to families when a sitter is unassigned from a shift job

Navigate to More → Email Templates


Click on the "Add Template" button

Name this template as per your preferences. 
Select the Audience type as "Job"
Select Trigger "Shift Job Unassigned Client Notification"
