Is there a way for admin to adjust a Sitters availability?

Yes, admins are able to add or adjust a sitters availability. Follow the instructions bellow.

Open the candidate's Profile
Select "Profile"
Select "My Availability" Tab
Select "Recurring Availability"
Select "Edit My availability"
