Hide chat option for certain shift job statuses

You can hide the option for candidate an clients to chat once the shift job is completed or other statuses

Step 1:
Go to MORE on the dashboard menu

Step 2:
Go to Global Settings

Step 3:
Go to Agency Details

Step 4

Go to Communications Settings and make sure you have it turned on to allow chat for shift jobs.

Step 5:
Select which statuses you want to hide the chat
