Zoom Integration for Meetings Between Candidates and Clients Explained.
Learn some of the many ways a Zoom integration can improve your business. Create Zoom meetings directly From Enginehire and let Zoom meetings created elsewhere populate into your platform.
What Can Zoom Do For You In Enginehire?
Our Zoom integration is powerful within the Enginehire system and can be used in numerous ways, and with out team of expert developers, new ways our added all of the time.
Here are a few special ways our Zoom Integration and make a big impact to support your business.
1) Add you Zoom or scheduling link into your Admin settings
This option will allow you to have your Personal Meeting link auto populate in the emails as you like.
The best part is, each Admin on your team can have their own meeting link that auto populates in emails they send. Pretty cool.
2) Use Zoom to Assist in Creating Virtual "Schedule Events".
Schedule Events can be used to create any event where a Client and Candidate need to connect, be that over the phone, virtually, in person, etc., and are most often used for creating interviews.
3) Have Zoom Be Part of Your Enginehire Scheduler.
Do away for other scheduling services and ad Zoom to your meetings.
Let Enginehire do the heavy lifting and allow Clients or Candidates to book meetings with you.
Add Zoom to make those meetings virtual.
4) Add Virtual Jobs In Your Booking Form
Similar to adding Zoom to your scheduler, directly from the booking forms you can add Zoom as part of your virtual services.
