What to do if a location based setting is not working the way you expect
If some location based logic is not working properly for a particular candidate, client, or job it's possible the system was unable to accurately compute their geolocation (latitude and longitude)
If some location based logic is off for particular candidates or clients, such as distance to a job, it's possible their geolocation in the system has not been computed, or is incorrect. In order to check this, look for the map on their profile in the Admin tab and ensure the pin is in the correct place:
If there is no map at all, it means the system does not have a geolocation set for them, please confirm that they have an address entered, or try updating their address:
Go into their profile and try editing their address fields. Every time the address is changed, the system tries re-computing their geolocation (latitude and longitude). If their address is missing then add it, or try changing it (try to match the address that appears in Google Maps). If the address seems correct your change can be as simple as adding a space to one of the address fields, or changing something like "St" to "Street" (or vice versa), full spelling out a state rather than using an abbreviation.
Once you update the address please try refreshing the page and checking the map again!
