Visiting Enginehire Live Support. Private Support For Agency Admins.
Connect for Private Support with the Enginehire Support Team to answer your questions, twice a day, five days a week.
Join without a scheduled appointment and meet with a Support Team Member to get you on the right path.
1. From Mission Control, aka the master dashboard, select Click to Join and Zoom will begin to open.
The times shown in the image above are an example. The time will show up correctly in your dashboard for your timezone. Times may change so check your screen for updates.
2. As you join Live Support, if possible, adjust your display name to be shown as your agency's name.
3. At the appropriate time and as someone is available, you will be let into the meeting and assigned a Support Team Member.
4. When entering please share if you have submitted a ticket about this information or spoken to a team member about your question before.
