View Email Blaster Log

Check the communication of mass emails and view their analytics to see the open rate, bounce rate, delivered rate, and click through.

1. From Mission Control More.

2. Select Logs.

3. Select email/sms/push notification Logs

4. Select Email blaster

5. On the left side select Email from the dropdown beneath Communication Channel.

Opened: will allow you to see how many users have opened the mass communication.

will appear on the right side of the screen for emails that have been read by users.

Delivered: will allow you to see how many users have received the mass communication.

Clicked: will allow you to see how many users have clicked through to any links that may have been in the email.

View The Body of a Sent Blast

1) Follow the above steps 1 to 3.

2) Select Emails.

3) This will allow you to individually see everyone that your blast was sent to and here you can click on any recipient and the body of the email will open.

Now It's Your Turn.

Go to Logs. Select Email/SMS/Push Notification Logs, Chose Email Blaster and see every email that has been sent.
