View Application and Profiles Builders

Find Applications and profiles to Build and create the best way to intake clients and candidates while also showing them off to each other.

Find an Application

1. From Mission Control select Builders.

2. Select Application and Profile Builders

3. The easiest way to find an application, profile, or section, is to filter for the type. 

4. Select an Application

 

This example has multiple applications. But it is best practice to have one.

5. Select View Form and it will open up in a new tab.

 

Or, the form can be edited in that tab. Or select the Pencil and the Gear Icon to edit from there. 

 

Quick Find Application Option

1. From Mission Control select Client or Candidate.

2. Above all of the user and Search Filter Tools is a button View Application Form. 

3. Select this option to view the application. 

The Quick Find Application will not work if you have multiple applications.

Find a Profile

1. Follow the steps 1 through 3. but then search a profile

4. Select the Pencil Icon to adjust the Profile. 

5. Select the Gear Icon to adjust the Profile's settings. 

Profiles may be easier to adjust by going through a client or candidate use, view their profile and click the gears to make adjustments there.
