Use Error Conditions To Stop And Address Issues With Clients Before They Finish A Booking Or Application.

Error messages aren't bad. They can be used to get effect to inform clients and candidate. Use a combination of show conditions to lead people down the path to get the most specific error message and avoid further complications.

1. Go to the Area that needs adjustment. 

Conditions are only by sections, but you can start from any  application, profile, and more. Find the area that needs to be adjusted. 

The example video below shares the an overview of how to add a conditional error message to a shift booking. 

If the questions already exist and only conditions are needed to be added, skip to 4. 

 

2. If starting in a profile you may select need to select a Pencil Icon or a Gear Icon. If stating at a builder, select the section that needs updating. 

3.  Use Fields to add the questions new questions. 

4. Now, select the Edit Settings at the top of the section. 

5. Select Conditional Settings

6. Scroll to Error Message and Add Condition For Another Error. 

7. Add the Message

8. Use list conditions to determine when the Error message will appear.
