Resource Library
Share content, links, and files with your clients and candidates in a advanced builder section called Resource Library
Empower your clients and candidates with information to make the process of working with simpler, share resources that can elevate the ways in which you serve them by add a section called the Resource Library in your Client or Candidate profiles. You can utilize this section in near unlimited way but some of the best and most common ways are to share “Onboarding Documents,” “Training Materials,” "Helpful Tips," Partnership Resources" or “FAQs.” Help your clients and candidate make the most of working with you.
Once created, this is how the Resource Library will appear in a profile.
1. From More, select Advanced Builders.
2. Select Resource Library Builder.
3. Select Add Resource.
4. Complete the information.
- In red, name the resource.
- In blue, describe the resource.
- In green, decide if this is for a client, candidate, or admin.
- In yellow, optionally, add an image to appear for the resource in your user's profile.
- In orange, upload a document that is the resource or add a link. It cannot be both.
- In pink, optionally, select a the user's location for which the resource is available.
- In black, add an email to be alerted when the resource is downloaded.
- Select Add.
5. Add the resource section to the client or candidate profile.
