Rename a Group Chat

Rename a group chat to keep conversations organized and easy to identify. Updating a group chat name helps reflect changes in the group's purpose and ensures all members see the updated name immediately.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to your agent dashboard and click the chat icon at the top-right corner of the interface.

Step 2: Click the group chat you want to rename from the left-hand side panel.

Step 3: Click the Group Chat Members icon as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Click the Rename Group button.

Step 5: Enter the new group name as required, then click the Save button to apply the changes.

The group chat name will be updated successfully.
