Add Payment Field To Applications And Profiles

Payment Fields must be added to applications and or profiles to accept payment. You only need to add it once and it must be created as field directly to the profile or application and not in a section.

NOTE:
A section cannot be put into a section so Payment fields must be added directly to an application or profile
