How to notify candidates or clients to sign a document
When you add a new document to a client or candidate profile, let them know they need to log in to their profile to sign the newly added document.
1. Navigate to More > Email Templates and create a new email template
2. Select for the audience Client or Candidate and for the trigger "Document to Sign Added"
3. You can include the tag [[document_name]] in either the subject line or the body of the email. This allows the system to automatically insert the name of the document that requires signing
4. After you have created the template, adding a new document for signature within a client or candidate profile will trigger a popup that displays the corresponding email template. This enables you to promptly notify your clients or candidates about the document that requires their attention.
