How to notify candidates or clients to sign a document

When you add a new document to a client or candidate profile, let them know they need to log in to their profile to sign the newly added document.

1. Navigate to More > Email Templates and create a new email template

2. Select for the audience Client or Candidate and for the trigger "Document to Sign Added"

3. You can include the tag [[document_name]] in either the subject line or the body of the email. This allows the system to automatically insert the name of the document that requires signingScreenshot 2024-10-29 at 12.53.58 PM


4. After you have created the template, adding a new document for signature within a client or candidate profile will trigger a popup that displays the corresponding email template. This enables you to promptly notify your clients or candidates about the document that requires their attention.
