Notify all other applicants when another candidate is assigned to the job

This setting can be easily turned on by a click on a button!

Steps required to turn this setting on:

1. Settings -> Global Settings

2. Jobs

3. Shift Job Settings

4. Candidate Side 

5. Notifications

6. Select the box stating 'Notify all other applicants when another candidate is assigned to the job'
