Make jobs unavailable until a certain status. | How to hide Available Jobs Tab

Have positions only viewable until a candidate reaches a specific status. You can use this to hide AVAILABLE JOBS tab.

Shift Jobs.

1. Select Settings. 

2. Then, Select Agency Settings.

3. Then, Select Jobs.

4. Then, Select Shift Job Settings.

5. Scroll down to the Candidate statuses that can be selected by clients for shift jobs dropdown.

6. Then select the Statuses at which candidates can view shift jobs.

Placement Positions.

1. Select Settings. 

2. Then, Select Agency Settings.

3. Then, Select Jobs.

4. Then, Select Placement Job Settings.

5. Scroll down to the Candidate statuses that can be selected by clients for shift jobs dropdown.

6. Then select the Statuses at which candidates can view shift jobs.

For Shift Jobs

1. Follow the steps from above.

2. At step 4, select Shift Job Settings. 

3. Scroll do to Candidate statuses that can see shift jobs and select the statuses from the dropdown.
