How to use the candidate points/rewards manager
This article will summarize how to give your candidates points for completing certain goals and allow them to redeem the points for rewards. The purpose is to incentivize your candidates to accept more shifts or perform better!
1. Click on More -> Global Settings -> Candidates
2. Scroll down to the "Candidates Rewards Manager"
- Check off which incentive you want to allow your candidates to collect points for completing
- Fill in the number of points the candidate will receive based on the activity they complete
- NOTE: For the incentive " if a candidate accepts more than X shift jobs in a month they receive Y points", the points they have collected will appear at the end of every month.
3. Add a reward for candidates to redeem by clicking on the small blue addition sign
- You can decide how many points they are required to have to redeem the reward
- Make sure to add an email that will be notified when the reward is redeemed so you can reach out to the candidate with the details.
4. In the Candidates portal, a Rewards section will appear in their profile where they can see how many points they have, how to get points and the rewards they can redeem:
- Once a candidate redeems a reward the following text will popup for them and you as an admin will receive an email that they have redeemed the reward so you can reach out with the details:
5. Lastly, in your admin dashboard click on any candidates file
- Click the Admin tab
- Scroll down to the rewards/points section of their file
- Now you can view the points history for every candidate
