How to set up an email footer

Each admin/user will need to set up their own email footer. Once you have done this, it will auto-populate into emails when you send one.

Go to "My Settings" to set your Email Footer (please note this is unique for each admin):


Please note that every admin has a unique footer!

If you need to edit the footer for someone else on your team go to the "Administrators" and click on the gear icon for "Admin Setting":
