How to set a custom job status when a client cancels a shift job
Discover how to create a custom job status for client-cancelled shift jobs in Enginehire. Efficiently manage and track cancellations for clearer agency operations.
Navigate to Shift Job Calendar, Open any booking and click on the gear icon next to the "update status" button.
Scroll down and find "Custom cancel status if client is cancelling assigned shift job"
Click on the dropdown and select your desired status you would like the shift job to be updated to if a client is cancelling assigned shift job.
