# How to send push notification to families when a sitter is unassigned from a shift job

## Notify client through a push notification to their mobile app when a sitter is unassigned from their job

You can create a push notification template with a trigger "Job Unassigned Client Notification" to automatically send a push notification to families when a sitter is unassigned from a shift job

Navigate to **More → Push Notification Templates**

Click on the "**Add Template**" button

Name this template as per your preferences.   
Select the Audience type as **"Job"**  
Select Trigger **"Job Unassigned Client Notification"**
