How to restrict clients from viewing specific documents in candidate profiles
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to hide specific documents, such as a driver's license, from clients in candidate profiles.
🔳 Navigate to More → Application & Profile Builder
🔳 Use the filters to locate the candidate profile easily, then click the ✏️ pencil icon to begin editing.
🔳 Find the section containing the document you want to hide from clients and click the "Edit Section Builder" button. Make sure to expand the section to see the edit section builder.
🔳 Scroll down and use the dropdown "Fields hidden from Client" to start adding the documents you want to be hidden from clients. Make sure to hit the Save button at the end.
