# How to Hide the "I Have a Problem" Button?

## This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to hide the "I Have a Problem" button under shift jobs forcandidates.

Navigate to **More → Global Settings![](https://learn.enginehire.io/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-20-2024-02-26-51-0924-AM.png?width=688&height=377&name=image-png-Jun-20-2024-02-26-51-0924-AM.png)**

Click on **Jobs → Shift Job Settings → Candidate Side**

Scroll down and find the checkbox that says "**Has a button to let candidate report a problem for assigned shift job"**
