# How to get notified when a client/candidate signs a contract/agreement

## This article explains how to set up email notifications to stay informed when a client or candidate signs a contract. It provides step-by-step instructions to ensure you never miss an important update.

Navigate to **More --\> Documents Template**

Click on the pencil icon of the relevant document to enter the editing mode.

Scroll down and click **"Advanced Settings"** and then find **"Notification Emails"** then enter the relevant email address that you would like be notified on and click **"Update"**.
