[Jobs](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/jobs?hsLang=en) # How to enabled candidates to accept shift job themselves (rather than marking that they are interested) ## Depending on the degree of automation you are going for, you may want candidates to be able to directly accept shift jobs themselves, without waiting for agency approval. This will immediately assign them to the job and notify the client.
