How to enabled candidates to accept shift job themselves (rather than marking that they are interested)

Depending on the degree of automation you are going for, you may want candidates to be able to directly accept shift jobs themselves, without waiting for agency approval. This will immediately assign them to the job and notify the client.

From the admin view, click on any candidate profile, and go to their "Available Jobs" tab and click the gear icon for the available shift jobs settings (although this is done on any single candidate profile, this is a global setting that will apply to all candidates):

In the settings menu that appears, turn on the setting "Candidates can self assign themselves to shift jobs (accept available shift jobs directly)"

Candidate will then see an "Accept Job" button when they view an available job:
