How to enable the "Select All" feature for notification blasts

Sending an email, sms, push notification, or AI voice call blast to all candidates or clients at once is a fast way to reach a large audience. Here’s how to enable and use this option.

Let’s get started 🚀

Step 1: Log in to the dashboard, then go to More > Global Settings.

  

 

Step 2: Go to the Dashboard tab.

 

Step3: Navigate to the Candidate Table section within the Dashboard tab.

  

 

 Note: While this guide demonstrates the process using candidates, the same steps apply to clients. 

 

Step 4: Scroll through the Candidate Table section to locate Use backend pagination for Candidate Table. Alternatively, search for this option using the search bar at the top of the tab list.

Step 5: Turn on Disable backend pagination for Candidate as well.

Step 6: Your changes will be saved automatically once you select the checkbox.

Step 7: Click on the "More" button in the right corner, then select 'Email/SMS/Push Notification Blaster' from the dropdown menu.

  

 

Step 8: Choose whether you’re blasting to Candidates or Clients, then click Select Recipients.

Step 9: On the Select Recipients screen, click the Select All checkbox to select all the candidates, instead of only the candidates on the current page.

Note: Choosing the lower checkbox will restrict selection strictly to the candidates displayed on the active page 

 

Step 10: Once your recipients are selected, click Next: Compose Message to move to Step 3.

Step 11: In Step 3, choose how you want to send the message: Email, SMS, Push Notification, or AI Voice Call. Select your preferred communication channel to open the message editor.

Draft your message, review your settings, and click "Send" to launch your blast.
