How To Edit And Create An Email Template For The Broadcast Email Of Shift And Placement Jobs.

Broadcasting shift jobs and placement jobs particular to your needs and brand.

Note: You can easily adjust this template by selecting "Edit the Email Broadcast Template" when already in the process of broadcasting a job.

To set this email template up before you're ready to Broadcast shift jobs:

1. From top navigation select More → Templates

2. Select Email Templates

3. Select Add Template

5. Name the Template

6. Select Job as the audience. 

7. Select the trigger as Shift Job Broadcast, or select the trigger that best applies to your email needs.

Note: Creating a new template automatically switches out Enginehire default templates without you needing to do anything after selecting Update at the end of the process. 

8. Add a Subject

You can select Add Tag to auto populate a field in the Subject line that already exists in the system and relates to the shift job position information. 

9. Add the Body of the email. 

Just like in the subject line, you can select Add Tags as wanted to auto populate a field that's already in the system related to the shift job position information. 

Utilize standard tag examples directly below the area to write the body of the paragraph. 

10. Complete the additional settings as needed. The only one needed is Sender but that will be automatically added as the default Super Admin.
