How to Edit Reference Check Forms
To update the reference check questions, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Mission Control.
2. Click on Builder then Application/Profile Builder from the drop-down menu.
3. Look for the "Reference Check Form" and click on the Pencil Icon to edit.
Important Note: Make sure you are editing the reference check form for the candidate.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the form and select Add a Field.
Field Label is an internal label for the Admins to organize their field.
Profile Label is user facing and is what appears in the form.
Field Type are the possible views of a field. Various information require various field types.
- Examples:
- Text Box is a simple one line field for text.
- Radio is similar to a check box but a user can select as many options as they like.
- Check Box is similar to a Radio but the user can only select one answer.
5. Once the question is ready, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to update the form.
6. You can also delete questions if needed, just remember to save the changes.
7. TO UPDATE THE TITLE OF THE FORM: expand the Basic Setup section and edit the NAME field
