How to disable the fields for cancellation reason and notes when an admin cancels a shift job

If you do not want the fields for a cancellation reason and notes when an admin cancels a shift job: Click on any shift job on the shift job calendar and click the gear icon next to the update status dropdown:

Check the box "Do not ask for cancellation reason and notes when cancelling shift job"
