How To Create Email Templates For Status Reminders
Sometimes you want to auto remind your candidates or clients to take an action on the platform if they haven't done it in a couple of days. With this feature, you can create auto reminders based on the status that your clients or candidates are at
1. From Mission Control select Templates.
2. Select Email Templates.
3. Select Add Template.
4. Name the template.
5. Select the audience.
6. Select the Trigger as Status Reminder.
7. From the drop down select the Status a client or candidate is in when they receive the reminder.
8. Create the subject and the body of the email.
9. Complete the following prompts as necessary. Boxes can be left blank if they do not apply.
10. Add the number of hours for "If user stays in this status for this many hours, automatically send this email.
11. Add the number of days, as a whole number, this email will automatically be sent.
Example: If the a user is in the same status for 1 day the reminder will be sent after 1 day.
12. Add the amount of time as a whole number that this should send below "Stop Sending after X amount of times."
Now It's Your Turn.
Select Templates. Select Add template. Create a template using Status Reminder as the Trigger.
Add the amount of hours that will pass before this email is sent and add the amount of times it should be repeated.
