How to Create and Fill Out a Ticket
Tickets help connect you with the Enginehire support team to share questions, issues, and feature ideas.
CLICK HERE TO START A TICKET
1) Login to your home dashboard. Then, click "Please Start a Conversation," directly above the ask a question search bar. This will bring you to our Ticket Form.
2) It is always advised to 1) visit the Learning Center before creating a ticket as you may find a solution to issues more immediate. 2) Visit and ask a question in the Community as another user may have a solution more immediate.
3) Fill out the form. There is a lot of explanation next to each question to assist you as you go.
4) Screenshots and Loom visits go a long way in helping the support team understand and troubleshoot the issue.
