How to Create and Fill Out a Ticket
Tickets help connect you with the Enginehire support team to share questions, issues, and feature ideas.
CLICK HERE TO START A TICKET
1) Login to your home dashboard. Then, at the bottom of the screen select the Question Mark Icon to be directed to the Learning Center.
2) Now you'll be at the learning the Learning Center before creating a ticket as you may find a solution to issues more immediate.
3) In the upper right select Contact Us.
Visit and ask a question in the Community as another user may have a solution more immediate.
3) Fill out the form. There is a lot of explanation next to each question to assist you as you go.
4) Screenshots and Loom visits go a long way in helping the support team understand and troubleshoot the issue.
