How to activate/deactivate an email template

1 - Navigate to More → Email Templates.

2 - Click on the pencil icon for the relevant email template.

3 - Scroll to the bottom and check or uncheck the box to deactivate or activate the email template.

A greyed-out email template indicates that it is deactivated.
