Have Different And Custom Cancellation Messages For Shift Jobs Based On Category of Shift Job.

Allow for categories to share different information to your clients depending on the type of job they are canceling.

1. From Mission Control select Clients

2. Select a Client

This can be done with a TEST client. 

 

3. Select their Profile and scroll to their booking section. 

4. Select an Upcoming Job

Or create one because we must allow the Gear Icon next to the Cancel button to show up, which will not if it is a past position. 

 

5. Select the Gear Icon next to the Cancel button. 

6. Add a Custom Message to Custom text when a client cancels a shift job (By Job Category) and select a category for this message to appear. 

7. Select Update
