# Have Different And Custom Cancellation Messages For Shift Jobs Based On Category of Shift Job.

## Allow for categories to share different information to your clients depending on the type of job they are canceling.

1\. From Mission Control select **Clients**. 

2\. Select a **Client**. 

This can be done with a TEST client. 

 

3\. Select their **Profile** and scroll to their booking section. 

4\. Select an **Upcoming Job**. 

Or create one because we must allow the Gear Icon next to the Cancel button to show up, which will not if it is a past position. 

 

5\. Select the **Gear Icon** next to the Cancel button. 

6\. Add a **Custom Message to Custom text when a client cancels a shift job (By Job Category)** and select a category for this message to appear. 

7\. Select **Update**.
