Notify A Client X Amount Of Hours Before A Shift Job Booking If Their Credit Card Is Not On File. And Cancel The Booking Y Amount Of Hours Before The Booking If They Do Not Update Their Payment Info

This option requires you to select two settings and then draft two custom emails.

 

The Settings.


1. From Mission Control select Shift Jobs.

2. Select a Shift Position

 

3. Select the Gear Icon of the Charge Through Stripe Button. 

 

4. Select the drop down to add a time before the position starts for a notification to be sent to the family. 
5. Directly below that option, you may select a time an amount of time before the position for a job to be canceled it the payment information is not on file. 

The Email

Create the email, to your liking, that will notify the client of the above actions.

 

1. From Mission Control select More

2. Select Email Templates

3. Select Add Template.

4. Name the Template.

5. Select Jobs.

6. Select the Trigger as Payment Information Poster Reminder.

Tip:
The email with automatically fill with default information. Add as much information as needed for your target market. 

7. Select Create.

 

 

Add this information to your shift job table view and filter by Has Payment Information.

 

1. From Mission Control select Shift Jobs. 

2. Select Table View. 

3. Select the Gear Icon on the end of the table. 

4. Use the dropdown to select fields to add. 

 

5. Select Has Payment Information to add this category to the table view and to be able filter for client that have payment information on file.
