Put Google Add to Calendar Links in Shift Job Emails.
Allow clients and candidates to easily add their bookings into their Google calendar right from their confirmation email.
1. From dashboard Mission Control select More.
2. Then select Email Templates.
3. Select the Pencil Icon of the Confirmation Email or create a confirmation email.
- In red, add the internal name of the email.
- In blue, select the audience as Job.
- In green, select the trigger as Client Booking Confirmation or Candidate Booking Confirmation.
- In yellow, select the booking category as needed.
- In Orange add the subject line.
4. In the body of the email add [[add_to_calendar]] to have the link to the google event autogenerate.
5. Select Create.
6. After a client or candidate select the now populated link, their Google calendar will open and create an event that looks similar to this one.
