Enginehire has a variety of options to adjust the pricing. You will use a price manager to edit, set up, or adjust your pricing.
To locate price manager in your dashboard:
Navigate to More → Global Settings → Pricing
How To Add A New Price.
1. Select Add Price.
2. When creating a price you can give it whatever name is appropriate for your business. Names are only for you to see and easily manage your platform. Clients will not see this name. Then, select a price type.
The following are the available options to set pricing for candidates and agency/business:
Candidate Rate options
- Hourly Candidate Rate
Here you can set the hourly portion of the amount the candidate will receive. You can set the hourly cost a candidate gets paid hourly for a booking/shift job. You can customize this to be different for different services, and even customize for each individual candidate. - Per Booking/Shift Rate
This is a flat amount that goes to the candidate for the entire booking/shift. You can set the full flat cost a candidate gets paid for a booking/shift job. - Hourly Rate for Additional Hours
This can be used to adjust for longer bookings, for example if the hourly rate increases after 8 hours. You can set this to the higher rate that will go to the candidate for those extra hours. - Candidate Hourly Rush Fee
This charge is used when a client books within a certain amount of hours and as the job is created within quick notice, you can add an extra hourly rate for a candidate. Example: A rush fee may be used if a client books a service within 24 hours of the start time. This rush fee goes to the assigned candidate. - Candidate Rush Fee
This charge is used when a client books within a certain amount of hours and as the job is created within quick notice, you can add an extra flat rate for a candidate. Example: A rush fee may be used if a client books a service within 24 hours of the start time. This rush fee goes to the assigned candidate. - Cancellation fee
We have two options to apply cancellation fees - Fixed amount and percentage. Example: If a client cancels a service within 24 hours of the start time. This fee goes to the assigned candidate.
Agency Fee Options
- Hourly Agency Fee

Registration Fee
This is an amount to charge when someone fills in your application form - It can be applied to clients or candidates.

Deposit
There are two options to set for shift job booking deposit,
- Agency hourly fee for minimum number of booking hours - Example you can charge 4 hours of agency fee as a deposit
- Flat Fixed Deposit Amount
