Customize Charges While Displaying Full Rates. Exclude Rates From Suggested Charge.

Show clients all rates while only collecting the charges you choose.

Many agencies prefer to display full rates for candidates and fees but collect only specific charges, such as a booking fee. With the "List of fees/rates which are excluded when calculating suggested price" customizable pricing, you can present clients with the total cost breakdown while ensuring your business only collects the fees you want.

1. From the Shift Job Calendar select a Shift Job.

Although you are selecting through a single shift position, this will change the setting globally, for all shift positions.

2. Select the Gear Icon below the position details next to the edit button.

3. Select the List of fees/rates which are excluded when calculating suggested price.
