System Overview. Enginehire Onboarding

In this video, we will give you a tour of the dashboard! This is a high level overview of the system.

The Main Dashboard

Often referred to as Mission Control.

The name of every tab can be changed to fit any agencies needs and preferred terms.

Clients Tab.

By default the platform dashboard opens to the clients tab.

This is where all of the clients of any status (leads to active to inactive) are found.

Candidates Tab.

(Shown as Caregiver Tab in this video. It can be changed to fit any agencies needs and preferred terms)

Similar to the Clients Tab, this is where candidates of any status (leads to active to inactive) are found.

Events Tab.

This is for agencies that hold in person events and want to use their system with other features for in person needs.

Shift Jobs Tab.

This is best thought of as on call positions and is where the calendar to track such positions is found. This can be used for an internal team of agency hired candidates or any candidate in your system.
Shift positions can be shown on an internal job board or embedded to a website

Placement Jobs Tab.

This is where the description and settings of long term or one time placement Jobs are found. 

These positions can also be shown an internal job board or embedded to a website.

Use the Gear Icon in the table to customize the labels of any of these tabs.

Templates Tab.

These are where the access for template for emails, sms, documents, notes, task, profile, and push notifications is found.  

Email Template:

Create email templates for often used emails and avoid writing the same information over and over. 

SMS Templates:

Create SMS, often known as text messages, templates for often used emails and avoid writing the same information over and over.

Document Templates:

Create signable documents, like contracts.

Notes Templates:

For standard outlines for note areas around the platform.

Task Templates:

Standardize the looks of to-do items that are shareable with admin.

Profile Templates:

Create the look of the header at the top of profiles. 

Push Notification Templates:

Similar to the Email and SMS templates, these are templates to communicate though the Enginehire App. 


Settings Tab.

Control many of the settings of the platform. 

Global Settings goes to setting that control how the platform is used. Formally known as Agency Settings. 

My Settings control the options for how an owner or admin of an agency is allowed to control settings and options that pertain to them. Formally known as Admin Settings. 

Under Agency Settings

Agency Details:

Control the most broad setting  and those closest to an agency's brand. Logo, Fonts, Communication, etc.

Notifications:

Control the settings for which users are notified. Job based, Client based, Candidates based, General based. 

Candidates:

Setting related directly to candidates. Status, Types, Badge, Import, Registration Fee, Other. 

Clients

Setting related directly to clients. Status, Types, Badge, Import, Registration Fee, Price Manager, Package Manager. 

Jobs:

Those features that relate most to jobs. General, Shift Job, Placement Job, Import, Job Board. 

Dashboard:

Control what is shown on the dashboard and how it is shown. Wording, Candidates' Table. Clients' Table, Admin View.

Integrations:

Set up the services used in tandem with Enginehire. Payment, Email Marketing, Video, etc. 

App:

The Enginehire app reflects the platform into an App but it is managed from the platform. Select the settings pertaining to the App that are otherwise not featured in the platform.

Partnerships:

Utilize Enginehire partnerships to further your platform and agency. Payroll, Candidate Sourcing, Website Creators, etc. 

Builder Tab.

Application and Profile Builder: Here are the building blocks to create the application forms, and the profiles of Clients and Candidates. 

The main types are...

Sections:

Areas that build an application or profile. 

Applications:

The foundation for a form a client or candidate can submit to reach the agency and be put into an initial status. 

Profiles:

A combination of sections that create what make up the client or candidate's information and options.

These are all completely customizable to your needs. Create the sections you want. 

 

 

Evaluation Builder: 

Create quizzes for candidates and clients.

Class Builder: 

Create classes for clients and candidates to sign up for and take.

Rental Equipment Builder:

Add a list of equipment available for rent. 

Product Shop Builder:

Add a place for merchandise to be available in a profile. 

Gift Card Builder:

Create gift cards for clients.

Logs. 

Logs provide overviews of the movement of the many areas in use to run agency. 

Email/SMS/Push Notification Log:

View the status of emails sent. Number Sent, Delivered, Clicked, Bounced, etc.

User Chat Log:

View all of the chats between admin, clients, and candidates.

Status Changes

See the amount of changes between statuses. Part analytic, part viewing how the agency is moving in real time.

Activity Log

View the who did what, when it happened, the type that did it, and the action that took place. 

Review Log

View reviews left by clients and candidates, if reviews are being gathered. 

Application Log

See the overview of what is happening for all types of application forms. 

Relationship Log

View the attachment of matched clients and candidates and what the status is between them.

Payment Log

View everything payment between the agency and the clients.

Rental Equipment Log

Tracking the use of rentals and the payment log connected with each item.

Cash Credit Report

See the User, the Value, and action for which the tender has moved.

Accounting

Track expenses.

Resource Manager

Create value and share information with in a user's profile such as a welcome packet, freebies, and anything else helpful to your users.

References

Reference Table as a great alternative to selecting candidates and viewing references one at a time. Use filters. Choose what information is immediately available

Documents

View the use and timeline of documents. 

Email/SMS/Push Notification Blaster

Mass message candidate and clients.

Notification

View what type of documents were uploaded and by whom. 

Center Metrics & Analysis

Use analytics to view what is happening in the agency and determine how things can be improved.

Community

Connect with other agency owners and admin in this form. Also, post New Feature ideas in the new features section.

Daily Resource Manager

Similar to Resource Manager but not pertaining to the needs of an agency. Upload downloadable activity guides for candidates ad clients to use. 

Global Predefined Values

Update the semantics of words. Example: X word means X or X word means Y.

Administrators

List of the administrators, their access, and password reset.

Personal To Do

The place where Tasks are sent. Use a calendar to view what is due and when.

Admin Badge Manager

Create badges for candidates to display on their profile. 

Trash Bin

View and restore the deleted.
