Edit Trigger Email Templates and Trigger Documents Templates

Quickly edit a triggered email and a trigged document though the Process Flow or by Triggering an email or document and simply adjust all of those resources going forward.

 

Edit Trigger Emails and Trigger Documents from the Process Flow.

1. From Mission Control select the Process Flow. 

2. Here each status and it's trigged documents and emails are available to be edited. 

The process flow is a helpful tool for making sure every document and email are being trigged just when you want them. 

And, this can make quickly scanning to make sure each email is unique to it's position in your flow. 

Edit 

Trigger Emails and Trigger Documents from Being Triggered.

1. Select a candidate or client (possibly a test user) and move their status. 

2. This will open the trigger email. 

3. Select the Pencil Icon at the top of the email template. 

4. With the template open, make needed edits.
