Access Support: Learning Center, Live Chat, and Create a Ticket.

Easily access the Learning Center and join the live chat support to find solutions, ask questions, and get support from Enginehire without the way.

Live Chat Support

1. Log in to your platform. 

2. Select the double word bubble on the bottom left side of your screen. 

3. Select Chat to connect with our AI Chat expert or an Enginehire Support Team Member. 

Learning Center

4. Select the double word bubble. 

5. Select Help. 

6. Type in questions for information from the learning center to appear. 

7. You can also find the learning center by selecting the Question Mark in the bottom left side of the screen. 

 

Create a Support Ticket

8. Select the Paper Ticket Icon to be redirected to a support ticket.

9. Tickets are sent to the support team who will email you back with an answer ASAP, usually in 24 hours. 

Log In to Your Support Portal

Your support portal is where you can find your tickets and communicate with the support team about ticketed issues. Replying to tickets will ensure your email

10. From the Learning Center, select Go to Customer Portal. 

 

Do not email team members directly. Issues can get lost because they are not properly documented in our system. All issues must have a ticket number to be resolved promptly.
