Difference between Accepted Confirmation and Booking Confirmation for shift jobs

When setting up email templates to candidate and clients when a shift job has been confirmed, you will see two options. One is for accepted notification and the other is booking confirmation.
Booking confirmation is when admin manually assign a candidate to a shift job.
Accepted is when a candidate accepts the job on their own.
