Description of Administrators Access Levels
This video goes over the different levels of access you can assign Administrators
Classes of Administrators
Global: Complete access to everything. The most logical option for owners and staff involved with everything.
Staff: Access to everything except managing administrators, agency settings and the profile builder (they can manage everything, but not change the top level structure).
Support Staff: Slightly more limited than staff, they cannot access templates (email/document/note) or change resources (they can work on everything, but not modify any processes).
Candidates and Jobs: Access to the candidates table and jobs, but not clients or settings.
Candidates: Full access to the candidates table, but nothing else (good for people who just do candidate screening, for example).
Reference Checker: Only have access to the table of references and the ability to input reference check notes.
Event Manager: Only have access to agency events page
Community: Only have access to agency admin community page.
Candidate Supplier: Can only see the candidates page, and they can use the "Add Candidate" button to add candidates, and they should only be able to see the candidates they added
Client Supplier: Can only see the clients page, and they can use the "Add Client" button to add clients, and they should only be able to see the clients they added
