[Onboarding](https://learn.enginehire.io/en/knowledge/onboarding?hsLang=en) # Set Up Status-Triggered Emails for Candidates ## Configure automatic emails to be sent when a candidate’s status changes. By linking specific statuses to email templates, you can streamline communication and ensure candidates receive the appropriate messages at each stage of your workflow. Follow the steps above to see this in action.  Start with the first candidate status and customize each email with the proper information for that status they are now in.  ### Try it out.
